Support
AgentChannel is a small operation. Support is delivered by email, with response-time targets that vary by subscription tier. We do not offer live chat or telephone support at this time.
How to reach us
Email support@agentchannel.app. You can also reach us via the in-app “Help” link in the AgentChannel admin, which opens a prefilled email with your Shopify shop domain and the current admin surface attached for faster triage.
Response-time targets
- Starter ($29/mo): Best-effort email reply. Typical response within 2 business days (M-F, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Growth ($79/mo): Target response within 1 business day.
- Plus ($199/mo): Target response within 1 business day; same-business-day during 9am-5pm ET when feasible.
These are targets, not contractual SLAs. If we cannot resolve your question within three business days, we will reply in-thread to let you know we are still working on it.
What to include in a support request
To get a fast, useful answer, please include:
- Your Shopify store URL (the
.myshopify.comdomain). - The AgentChannel surface or feature your question relates to (Brand voice, Analytics, AI Readiness Audit, Manifest, Billing, Account).
- A clear description of what you expected, what happened, and any error message or screenshot you saw.
- The approximate time the issue occurred (with timezone), so we can match your report against our logs.
- Whether the issue is blocking your daily use of the app or is lower priority.
What we cannot help with
- General Shopify admin questions unrelated to AgentChannel — please contact Shopify Support for those.
- Theme customization beyond AgentChannel's own theme app extension.
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice on how to interpret analytics output.
- Refund requests outside the 7-day money-back window described in our Terms of Service.
Bug reports and feature requests
Send bug reports and feature requests to the same support email. We log every request and review them weekly during product planning. We cannot promise that a requested feature will ship, but we read every message and reply when a fix or feature lands that addresses your request.
Security disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in AgentChannel, please email support@agentchannel.app with the subject line “Security disclosure” and a description of the issue. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
