Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The audit, the Shopify field behind each gap, and re-running it are yours at $0. You can also run the public storefront audit with no install and no card.

What do I need to run the free audit?

Just your store’s web address for the public audit. Installing the free app reads your full catalog from inside the admin and keeps the worklist there.

What does the $49 Growth plan include?

Two outcomes. You apply reviewed product fixes from inside the app, and you publish the brand voice you approved to your store. That is what Growth sells.

How does billing work?

Monthly, in USD, through Shopify. Install free, then choose Growth on the plan page inside the app. There is no charge until you choose Growth, and you cancel from the Shopify admin plan page. The charge appears on your regular Shopify bill; no card is entered on our site.
